CAROLINE WATSON, Founder and CEO | 罗琳, 花旦的创始人和首席执行官

Caroline set up Hua Dan in 2004 and has spearheaded all areas of Hua Dan’s inception and development, including, but not limited to, project management, organisational development, strategy and vision, fundraising, marketing and communications, and HR. As a pioneer of arts-based approaches to social change, Caroline has lead the organisation through its first seven years of growth and is committed to growing an organisation that has a scalable and replicable international model.

Caroline has received numerous awards for her work with Hua Dan. She has recently been nominated a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum. She was selected as an Architect of the Future at the 2007 Waldzell Meeting and was a 2010 Paragon Fellow, a fellowship offered by the Foundation for Youth Social Entrepreneurship.

罗琳在2004年成立了花旦。在花旦的成立和发展时期，罗琳为公司的发展奠定了基础， 包括但不限于项目管理、组织发展、策略和前景、融资、营销和交流以及人力资源等各方面。罗琳是用艺术的办法推动社会进步的先锋。罗琳已经领导了公司7年的发展，并将继续致力于让花旦成为一个可扩展和可复制的国际化运营模式的组织。

DONG FEN, Operations Manager | 董芬, 运营经理

Dong Fen comes from Qu Jing, Yunnan province, and has been with Hua Dan since its first workshop. She graduated from the famous Rural Women Knowing All school in 2004, having received training in waitressing, and has worked both as a waitress and as a beautician. She has been a passionate supporter of Hua Dan since it started and brings much enthusiasm and professionalism to its work. She is particularly involved in the growth and development of Hua Dan’s migrant worker training and employment project.

董芬是云南曲靖人。自从花旦的第一个工作室成立以来，她的人生就和花旦联系在了一起。她曾在著名的农家女学校接受了服务员职业技能培训，2004年毕业后，她做过服务员和美容师。自花旦成立以来，她一直是花旦热心的追随者。她带给花旦的不仅有激情还有专业精神。她参与了花旦的成长和发展，尤其在打工者演员培训和人员招聘方面。
